Welcome to the Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center website!

Brookhaven continues to expand our programs and services to meet the variety of medical needs in our community, which includes more than 350,000 lives from 28 zip codes.
Our Medical Center has an award winning, nationally recognized Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center that has been designated as a Center of Distinction for having among the highest heal rates in the nation. Our Women's Imaging Center and our Outpatient Radiology Service have both received accreditation from the America College of Radiology as a Breast Center of Excellence. The American Stroke Association has deemed our Stroke Center a Gold Plus program for consistently providing excellent care to stroke patients for several consecutive years. And our patients have ranked our Emergency Department in the 90th percentile for patient satisfaction. These are just some of the many awards and recognition for our Medical Center. I will provide updates on all of commendations.
As President and Chief Executive Officer I look forward to developing more medical and surgical services that provide necessary care for our community and are also nationally recognized as Centers of Excellence.
