Laboratory
The Laboratory is a full-service department providing testing 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Department of Laboratories assists the diagnosis process by performing a wide range of tests, from standard blood tests to complex tissue analysis. Similar to the protocol followed by Radiology Imaging Services, all tests are reported to patient's physicians. We are staffed with degreed and registered Medical Technologists utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. We are certified by the New York State Department of Health, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and the American Association of Blood Banks. A Medical Director and two certified Pathologists are available for consultations with your physician regarding appropriate testing and evaluation of reports
