Take Long Island Expressway to Route 112 (Exit 64). Drive South on Route 112 for 3.5 miles to the Sunrise Highway Service Road. Then East 1.2 miles to Hospital Road, (Exit 54) turn right. Brookhaven Memorial Hospital is 0.2 miles ahead on the left.

Drive West on Sunrise Highway to Route 101 (Exit 55). Take Route 101 South for 1 mile. Brookhaven Memorial Hospital is on the right.
