October 25, 2017
October 19, 2017 Rachel Schnabl was honored at the Crest Hollow Country Club as one of Long Island Business News "Top 50 Women in Business".
Rachel Schnabl joined Brookhaven Memorial Hospital in March 2016 as the Vice President and Chief Development Officer. Rachel provides operational leadership and manages strategic planning for the Foundation and Development team; provides Capital Campaign oversight, committee development and manages Board of Trustee support. She was instrumental in both the Knapp Cardiac Care Center Capital Campaign, which raised $60 million for the new state-of-the art facility, and the Moments Under Construction Lobby Renovation Capital Campaign, which is on target to raise $2.5 million for the hospital's new front entrance and lobby. Under Ms. Schnabl's leadership, the fundraising efforts increased in the past year from $2.1 million to $4.2 million, not inclusive of an anonymous $15 million transformational gift to support the hospital.
Congratulations Rachel from the entire Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Staff, Board of Directors, Chairman Mark Mulholland, President & CEO Richard T. Margulis, and the Medical Staff on being recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Women in Business!
